Frequently Asked Questions

The Tasting Room & Taphouse at Mount Ida Reserve is located approximately 30 minutes from downtown Charlottesville. GPS will not direct you correctly, so for detailed driving directions, please download our directions guide.

Once you arrive at the Tasting Room, please look for signage to direct you and follow the gravel path. This gravel path will lead to the Black Arch where we will have our ceremony. After the ceremony, we will travel to the Tasting Room & Taphouse for dinner.

Although the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments, and music before the proceedings.

We would love for you to dress up with us! We encourage semi-formal attire for the wedding.

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, while the dinner will be held indoors.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests; we can only allow those listed on the invitation.
